At Alpine Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the footwear in its original branded packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
